Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Swansea, South Wales and love travelling worldwide. Let us tell your story, wherever it may take you!
How do we book?
We ask for a £350 (non-returnable) booking fee to secure our services for your day. Your remaining balance is then due 30 days ahead of the wedding.
Can we meet up?
Absolutely! We love meeting new people! Upon booking, we meet up over a coffee in our studio to discuss the details of the day so far. We then get together 6-8 weeks ahead of the wedding to finalise the details and issue you with the final balance invoice. We’re always on hand if you need any ideas or recommendations also.
What time do you finish?
We finish when we feel we have captured your day perfectly... this is usually up to half hour after your first dance. This lets us capture your guests getting their groove on!
How do we receive our package?
All of our wedding packages are delivered digitally online allowing you to download and create your own USB's and DVD's. Our films are only delivered in stunning Full High Definition!
How many photos are included in the Imagery packages?
These packages include up to 500 edited images, a handful of teaser images are uploaded to an online gallery to share with friends and family.
How long after the wedding will I receive everything?
Your wedding film will be ready around 8-10 weeks after the big day. A handful of teaser images are also provided for our Imagery packages shortly after your wedding. You will then receive everything remaining in your package in 12-16 weeks (these timescales can sometimes vary depending on time of year).
Are you insured?
Yes! It’s very important to us that you have complete peace of mind knowing that we have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
